Services offered vary by species because pets are not one-size-fits-all. Please review the services listed under “Find Your Pet”.


What kind of pets do you care for?

Birds (pigeons, budgies, parrots..), Cats, Dogs (both large and small), Fish, and Small Animals (gerbils, guinea pigs, hamsters, mice, rats).


My pet type is not listed, does that mean you won’t consider it?

Not at all! I’ve only listed pet types that I have past experience caring for. If your pet type is not listed, I am open to doing a Care Planning Visit to determine if we are a good fit. I want us both to be comfortable with the level of care your pets get.

What is your overnight cancellation policy?

Overnight stays are my most limited and high-demand service, and I reserve those dates exclusively for your pet.

Cancellations made 7+ days before the stay: Full refund or credit

Cancellations made 3–6 days before the stay: 50% of the booking total

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the stay: 100% of the booking total (non-refundable)

Holiday bookings and extended stays (3+ nights) are non-refundable within 14 days, as these dates are especially difficult to rebook.

If your pet becomes ill or there is a true emergency, please reach out — I always try to handle these situations with compassion and flexibility.


What is your Walks, Drop-Ins & Day Visits Cancellation Policy?

I understand schedules change! To keep things fair for all clients:

Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: No fee

Cancellations made same-day (under 24 hours): 50% of the visit rate

Cancellations made within 2 hours of the visit or no-shows: 100% of the visit rate

This helps ensure I can plan my route and availability for all pets in my care.


What is a confirmed booking?

Bookings are confirmed once payment is received. Dates are not guaranteed until the invoice is paid.
